Rick Beyer to Speak at WWII Conference

Rick BeyerRick Beyer, a Stephen Ambrose Historical Tours historian and the co-host of History Happy Hour, will be a featured speaker at a WWII conference being hosted by the Zephyrhills Museum of Military History in Central Florida in January. The conference is entitled A NEW LOOK AT WORLD WAR II: How American Technology and Diversification Helped Win World War II in 1944 and Started the New American Military.

Rick will be talking about The Ghost Army, the top-secret WWII deception unit. Other speakers include New York Times best-selling author Alex Kershaw, Helen Patton (granddaughter of the famous general), and historian Todd Depastino, host of The Veteran’s Breakfast Club (Todd has also appeared on History Happy Hour).
