Special Event: Band of Brothers Cast Reunion

A very special Band of Brothers Cast Reunion event will be held in Cleveland, Ohio, Saturday November 10. Even if you don’t live in the area, if you are a fan of the series, this extraordinary opportunity is a good reason to plan a weekend escape.

Each year, the Greater Cleveland Film Commission (GCFC) holds a benefit called “Behind the Camera” where they invite a special guest or guests in the industry to share their experiences in film or TV. We are excited to announce that this year they will be joined by actors from the Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning series Band of Brothers, as well as the Casting Director and one of the Writers. GCFC President, Ivan Schwarz, was also a producer on Band of Brothers.

As you know, the HBO series was based on Stephen E. Ambrose’s best-selling book, Band of Brothers. He also served as a Co-executive Producer of the series.

In addition to Writer Graham Yost and Casting Director Meg Liberman, the following actors from the series will be attending.

  • Elon Bailty (David Kenyon Webster)
  • Rick Gomez (George Luz)
  • Robin Laing (Edward J. “Babe” Heffron)
  • Matthew Leitch (Floyd M. “Tab” Talbert)
  • James Madio (Frank J. Percent)
  • Ross McCall (Joseph D. Leibgott)
  • Neal McDonough (Lynn D. “Buck” Compton)
  • Douglas Spain (Antonio C. Garcia)
  • Peter Youngblood Hills (Darrell C. “Shifty” Powers)

George Luz, Jr., the son of Easy Company member George Luz, is planning to attend. He is a good friend and a great guy, who has traveled with us on several occasions, most recently as the tour manager for our Band of Brothers Tour.

Watch George talk about his father in a moving interview he did for NPR, entitled “Through My Father’s Eyes.”
